Residential and French Doors
Acorn Windows and Doors' French Doors provide an extra touch of elegance with great functionality, bringing the outdoors closer to you.

French double doors are a fantastic way of complimenting your garden conservatory or patio area by allowing more light and bigger openings. Double openings allows more space and air to rooms and can open inwards or outwards.
French double doors can be part of glazed screens or can be fitted with opening vents and are ideal for large walls of glass and conservatories or sunrooms.
Fitted with high security hook locking systems and ant- snap cylinders keep intruders at bay. All of our outward opening doors can be fitted with hinge dog bolts preventing access by attacking hinges. All doors are internally glazed preventing glass removal from outside. Acorn Windows and Doors' French doors are fitted with 70mm steel reinforced PVC frames for maximum strength and performance.
All French double doors have double rebated seals for improved weather and acoustic performance. French double doors can be glazed with “A” rated double or “A+” triple glazing.
Glass fitted is normally toughened safety standard and can be shatter-proof laminated if desired. Design flexibility can include fully glazed or with half panels or custom built with design glass or as desired. Energy efficiency is achieved with insulated glass and multi-wall profiles. Huge choice of colours and design option to choose from.
